I think he is trying to say that the mobs spawn in different spots that we cannot reach (Like the flowers) They spawn in the tree's sometimes.

well, the reason it happens is, the enemies are just there. So when they die and respawn they can appear on any unblocked spot.
Now if you set each one to a specific spot then they will always go their.
