Item Ideas: Spell Books

For KoH, i was thinking of how you would learn spells. You can find them, get them as rewards, or buy them from what i can guess. So you need an item to get the spell from right? And what's better to learn from then books (other then TV) :P

*The books are from the same set Mun uses(he probably already has them)

Lol thanks. I think ill come up with some other cool spells, and their actual effects.

Guess I'll go make the spell gfx for each one of em for the next week gfx update. A lot of the default spells don't match the mmorpg.

Oh, your gonna make them from scratch? Thats a whole lot of work!!! Well It cant be helped unless you get them from another chibi game.

I know, but there useless if they can't actually cast a spell.

The spells are a good idea, but im not sure about the idea where you can find the spells, you wouldnt want to have the same class with different spells otherwise that would be a unfair advantage to maybe find the best class,

Yeah but what i'm saying is that if you want to have a Class tournament it will be unfair if 1 mage has a spell called Fireball that does 67 damage and another mage that is the same level but hasnt found the fireball spell yet and can only use the learnt spell Water Strike that does 32 damage..

Well their will be alot of requirements on spells. So even if you have alot of money, you still need to be the right level, and have certain stats. Plus we cant have everyone doing the same moves anyways. That just makes the game boring :P

*oh about the finding books. It wont be like tons of them everywhere. Maybe like one that fell off the shelf in a library, and weak spells dropped by newbs on accident

Ok, i get what you mean aimee. Ill try not to make unbalanced spells. Iv'e been designing items all day through out school(still their), so mun doesnt kill me :P

Ive designed the Wooden Set, and the Bronze sets for each class. Gonna do the elementals sets next. Theirs 3 levels of each, ex.
~Fire~
-Flare sword: req 20 per stat, lv10
-Blaze Blade: req 35 per stat, Lv25
-Lava Guillotin: req 50 per stat, Lv50

~Water~
-Bubble Blade: not sure
-Aqua Blade: not sure
-Stunami Trident: not sure

So mun, im working hard

I really suggest you look at the items gfx file before making the item.

oh yea. good idea
